It's definitely long enough to cover your booty. 2) waterproof - obviously. Haven't tried it in the rain yet but it's gore-tex so I'm pretty sure it's covered. 3) light and compact - it's so light it feels like air. Rolls up quite a bit. As another reviewer said, I got my steak at a Revain Warehouse deal and the tags were still on. Definitely like new and only paid a fraction of the full price. I went for the black which wasn't my first choice but for the price I can't go wrong. I'm 150lbs 5ft 6in and the medium size definitely fit and looked the best. However, when I squatted, it kind of shortened my hips and there wasn't much room for layers. When I squatted, I cut my thighs and I could put fleece underneath and didn't feel cramped at all. Model. Also, I hate the feeling of tight clothes when you're wet, plus being that tall is an asset. It doesn't look "too big" either, if you know what I mean. It still looks nice and looks like it will fit - just with a little more wiggle room. Overall, I'd definitely say this fits the bill. I look forward to being dry in the rain and hope it lasts most of my life!
