Review on 🔥 Zojirushi Premium Thermal Carafe: 1.85-Liter, Brushed Stainless Steel for Exceptional Heat Retention by April Rodgers

After a few months, the carafe started leaking from below. The manufacturer asked me to check the glass liner and gasket to make sure they weren't causing the leak. After checking, the seal was fine. But I found a defect on the glass of the liner. Although I've attached a photo of the defect, the manufacturer doesn't see this as a defect, so I don't see a replacement. In her email to me, she attached an email from another customer who also had the same issue. I don't want anyone else to deal with this defective product which is why I wrote this review.
