From time to time I breed African Dwarf Frogs. This box is ideal for keeping tadpoles that have turned into frogs in an adult tank rather than a tadpole tank. There was no suction cup in my kit and during assembly one of the strips flew out of my hand and disappeared into the water. The lower part is the emptiness in the main living room where my 4 cats and 2 kids have the upper hand. My only complaint is that the holes don't properly let that kind of water movement through. So if there is a film on the water in the box, I have to unhook it to the side and dip deeper into the tank so that the film is carried away from the filter by the current. However, it's far better than ramshackle lattice boxes where you can lose fish or tadpoles in the seam of the lattice, and far better than adjustable drawers that hang from the back and have no water flow with or without an air hose.
