If it breaks, you will get a reply from the manufacturer

I have emailed Huion at least 12 times. Instead of giving me a list of things to try, they bring them out one by one, and then when I tell them their "solutions" don't work, they let me try a few more things - they all take time 1-3 days. to reply email. This has been going on for several weeks and I suspect they just don't want to exchange the faulty product. If you buy this you'll at least get an extended warranty from Revain so you don't have to deal with the company.

Pros
