Review on 🚂 Classic Red Wagon by Radio Flyer by Richard Miller

Received this van and just opened it to give my grandson for Easter. The body remained undamaged, however the rear edge of the van was completely bent and in need of repair and the front right side had a noticeable dent. Since there was no damage to the box, all I can say is that the car was packed with this damage. I think I deserve a refund as this item wasn't cheap. How can you ship a damaged item? How dare you. Your quality control sucks. I fixed the van as best I could because it was too heavy and bulky to bring back. I am waiting for your reply. Radio Flyer has to shift production from China back to the US. Continuation of the original post. I contacted Revain support and explained the situation to them. They were extremely helpful and gave me what I felt was reasonable compensation for a damaged product. Apparently the problem of receiving a damaged product wasn't just mine. They were very helpful. I take off my hat and say thank you. Well, if only we can convince Radio Flyer to upgrade the quality of their van and stop making it out of cheap Chinese steel.
