I've been using cases since my first android. This is my (same) second holster for my Galaxy S9 purchased in 2018. I've abused the first multiple times, including being dropped from five feet, with no damage to the holster or phone. The belt clip came loose as the holster caught on the car door when I tried to get in. The clip is designed to stay in place until you release it (great design). The phone crashed into my side just below the ribs (oops) as I tried to sit up, breaking the clip. Made a temporary fix with a hot glue gun until a new one arrives. It will probably be necessary to order a spare tire as this is not the first time I have done this.
