Ideal for rimming cocktail glasses of all sizes. I expected the color to be a little different than the photo. The wood is very faded, with a very gray tint and looks aged. This means it doesn't match any of my existing acacia pieces. Looks almost like teak when dry. I also don't like that there is a center circle as it isn't deep or wide enough to serve any real purpose unless you want a tiny (tiny) lemon or lime slice for garnish. As this is a food finish I'm not sure you can finish it to make the wood look lighter but overall it's still a decent sturdy piece.
