Chair could not be assembled according to instructions. You need to attach the bracket under the seat and then attach the seat back from the top with the longer screws. Unfortunately, these screws are not long enough to hook into. I was able to assemble the chair my way by first screwing on the back of the chair and then attaching the base to it with longer screws. And now the lift doesn't work so the height of the chair can't be adjusted. The material itself is beautiful, feels like the softest leather. The pillows are fluffy. It would be a great chair if it could be assembled, but obviously the manufacturer has a serious design problem to solve. If these issues are resolved then this is definitely a five star product but I am very generous in giving three stars for what I received. and they are covered with a blue anti-scratch film that is very difficult to remove.
