I have Raynaud's disease (secondary - came with lupus) and my hands are constantly freezing even in summer. I had Raynaud's attacks on a daily basis where I lost almost all circulation in my hands and they got so cold they hurt before I bought these gloves. You help so much! They seem to stimulate blood flow enough that I don't have seizures. These are great summer gloves for people with Raynaud to wear while just going about their lives. I also have joint pain in my fingers due to lupus and these gloves help relieve my pain as well although I didn't even buy them for that originally! I take college courses online, so I do a lot of typing and computer work. Now I wear these gloves whenever I work on the computer and they make such a big difference! Almost no pain, even after hours of typing! For those wondering about the size, when I measured my hand as per the picture of the box, my size was between small and medium. Everyone always tells me how small my hands are, but I have chubby fingers so I was afraid little ones wouldn't fit. I have ordered small ones. They were definitely tight when I first put them on, but I think they should be tight. If I had gotten the medium, they probably wouldn't have been as efficient. I agree with other reviews that they stretch for days to fit your hand perfectly! The material of these gloves is soft and durable. The heather gray color is nice in my opinion and makes them a bit more "stylish" than other gloves I've seen, which is good for a 23 year old girl who has much older circulatory issues. The fingertips end right on the second knuckle of my short fingers, which I think is the perfect length for typing, calling, and other everyday activities.
