I was skeptical. But I sit at my desk all day and my right wrist has been nagging from all the mouse work for quite some time. I bought a vertical mouse last year which seemed to help for a while but the pain was getting worse and I thought I might try a wrist brace. I read a bit and settled on this one. After application, the pain is gone immediately. I can't explain it, but I'm not complaining, it's wonderful. I like that the top can be folded up as I prefer it not to be noticeable in the office that I'm wearing it. I don't think it affects performance, all compression comes from the wrist down. I am glad to have found this product.
