75% of the roll had ABSOLUTELY NO ADHESIVE on the vinyl itself

Idk why,. Do not know how. but (at least) 75% of the roll had absolutely ***NO GLUE** on the vinyl itself?!?! He literally fell off the bottom of the liner! I had to stop and watch the vinyl again to see if I missed something or went crazy or wtvr. I had 2 other people to see if it was just my fault or... but NO! It's like I bought a big** roll of matte black non-stick vinyl. Confusion. Aggravating,. annoyed,.
