The super light blue light filter is recommended!
This is by far the easiest blue light filter to install (but only works with a compatible Mac). I have installed film versions and it has always been difficult to align them. I like this filter because it was simple and blended well. If I'm concerned about the filter changing the colors of the display, it's easily removed quickly (although I didn't feel the need to do so). I would have liked the bottom part of the filter, which is kind of hanging, to also be pressed against the screen, but that wasn't a problem and didn't cause distortion etc.
