Doesn't heat well for heaters

This item does not heat. It heats up but doesn't really heat the room. I have a smaller Lasko, MUCH better and cheaper. I am in the process of returning this and they are asking me to send videos and photos showing it doesn't get hot. Um OK. To be clear, in the second email, the support rep said to buy a thermometer and hold it in front of the heater. I'm sorry I don't have time for this. I do not recommend the product or the seller. Wasted my money and time.
