Review on Ceramic Snowflake Tea Brewing and Steeping by Dan Bobbert

I got one for Christmas. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my son. You've been great so far. This morning my son put hot water in the water I received for Christmas. The hot water broke internal thermals, so he burned his hand trying to get it. I even bought and attached an external rubber band around the cup because the cups get hot when you add water. I didn't buy the broken one, so I can't ask for a refund. Despite all of this, I still like the cups, but I'm a bit afraid of buying a new one for safety reasons.
