So some zip ties first don't work, I used all 250 and about 15 didn't last, but at this price I'm still very happy. Secondly they work great with a fine marker but I selected a label maker for you and it gave me great results including the ability to write on front and back when I needed to say a few things where, like a sharpie, will be seen, and I couldn't just put things on either side. The most useful thing I've found in it is the labeling of some plumbing, network, audio-video, PC cords, extension cords, and other cords that you might want to put your name on.
