It's hard to verify as it doesn't work out of the box. The box was sealed with non-Acer tape (factory tape says Acer is standard clear shipping tape). I almost sent it back without opening it but I took a chance and you were a huge waste of time. he didn't even turn on. I wrapped it up and got my money back. which was very disappointing and it took another week for another one to arrive from another site. it was tight and worked great.
