Got this as a gift after trying a MUCH better but more expensive UV light. While this device I'm reviewing here is cheaper, it's not worth paying for. It had to have a little plastic wall so you could at least install or use it in different places and block UV light. It doesn't take long before UV light causes severe sunburn (not a tan, just a burn) and welder's eye (like painful dirt in the eye that you can't wipe off). There are better UV-C lamps with a timer and motion sensors that detect movement and turn it off. This is a dangerous useless device that I would not recommend.
