I have had this duvet on my bed for a few weeks now and have washed it once. Everything is as described and I love the unique design and colors. It definitely has an Asian flair. I had a hard time finding sheets that would go well together because the colors are such unusual shades, which is what drew me to it. First I tried some sage green leaves which I thought would be perfect but they just didn't match! Who would have thought the Greens could clash? I ended up buying some white flowers from Target and dyed them with rose quartz to match the little pink flowers and I'm not sure I have a winner anymore. The duvet cover is quite soft, but not as soft as I would have imagined for Egyptian cotton after washing. It has a kind of finish that makes it shiny and smooth and washable. I expect it to become smoother and softer after many washes. I got lucky and the pillowcases that came with mine match the floor with more trees than shown in the product photo which I prefer. My only complaint is that the sizing is a bit odd. It's too short for my duvet cover and too wide on the sides leaving a strip with no comforter. My cat and dog are fine with that and don't show their fur, so that's a bonus. I thought it was a pretty good price, although not a bargain as I would be paying for something at a Macy's Super Sale. The quality is very good and the tailoring is excellent. I would buy it again. Please excuse the photos. After moving in, I'm still in the process of setting up my bedroom.
