Overall excellent product. The photo never came out, and it looked fake on every pass. Turning it on and off caused it to eventually come out and pull out layers of ink for my other prints. He did it a second time and the best solution I got was to leave a voice message as the company is down at 10:30am. Alaska time, Friday. I lost two whole photo cartridges and now the printer isn't working. If I can solve it I will change it. But I cannot recommend or even admire a product that has failed so catastrophically for no reason. UPDATE: Seller refuses to replace the THIRD printer that has failed.
