***UPDATE*** I received a replacement and it turned out that the one originally received was actually defective. The new one snaps into place and the new one's wheels don't get stuck! Much, much better! This toy is terrible. I don't know, mine is just broken or something. but it doesn't lock when you pull the handle out. When you press it, it easily folds into a folded position. In addition, the wheels constantly lock. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'm so disappointed because the reviews seemed great :/
