I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with getting blow outs for my thick and coarse hair. With the salons closed I committed to at least maintaining my hair without having to use my flat iron as much. This brush was one of the best purchase of my life! My hair comes out beautiful when I do my own hair. I really should have been doing it a long time ago. With my hair texture, most salons use a metal plated brush which has not worked that well especially if they are an inexperienced stylist. This wood brush has done wonders for me.
