We have a factory for our church and we use a fairly old professional video camera. Access to the eyepiece is awkward in our sound booth and an external monitor is required. We currently have a video stream (bnc/rca) going to the video to usb converter included in our system which works fairly well but is behind the camera. We have an additional BNC/RCA output on the camera and some computer monitors, so we went with that option. The good news is that it works. The bad news is that the picture is as good as it gets when you switch from RCA to VGA. It's difficult to find focus from our camera with this setup and I'm not sure if it's related to this device. Our RCA to USB setup is clearer through our Mac and in OBS. Unfortunately, I believe the technique is simply not capable with this setup. I'll probably have better luck with a regular TV that has RCA jacks built in. This is a bit cumbersome though and we don't want to spend a lot of money on this system. It will work, but don't expect the pig to get prettier.
