When I first got the chair I was skeptical that my body would not like how durable the mesh is after years of sitting in a leather chair. Surprisingly, I never feel this except when sitting on my leg or bending over, which is a good reminder to stay in an ergonomic sitting position. My only disappointment is that the headrest, even when fully extended, doesn't reach my head, so it's a useless feature for me (I'm 6ft so shouldn't be too tall for this chair). Also, I wanted to sit in it for most of the workday.
