Review on American Crew All One Ounce by Patricia Williams

This was a replacement for a gift I received from someone. I bought the same one but the smell is different. I don't think a moisturizer should smell like this: it almost smells like ozone or some weird chemical - maybe it was stored somewhere where it picked up that smell? In any case, for some reason this is a poor quality product, maybe just from this manufacturer or maybe it's a bad batch. It cannot be used. I would say buy it in person so you can smell it first - Rating downgraded from two stars to one as I have had no response from the company regarding my concerns about the product. One star deducted for poor customer service.
