Phenomenal moisturizer! I've been shaving my head every day for over a decade. Unfortunately, the company I buy the head balm from has discontinued it. This is the best replacement I've found. I have tried several other products. This works best for me. Soothes after a fresh shave. Soaks in really well. Only takes a small amount, definitely worth the money. I love everything American Crew has but this is the best. The lotion has an SPF of 15 but still has the classic American Crew scent. It also provides the skin with a lot of moisture.

I love how my skin looks so smooth. It also seems to protect it from the drying effects of the sun. I use it in combination with Crew Shaving Oil. A good product!

This was a replacement for a gift I received from someone. I bought the same one but the smell is different. I don't think a moisturizer should smell like this: it almost smells like ozone or some weird chemical - maybe it was stored somewhere where it picked up that smell? In any case, for some reason this is a poor quality product, maybe just from this manufacturer or maybe it's a bad batch. It cannot be used. I would say buy it in person so you can smell it first - Rating downgraded from two

I've bought more expensive face creams, but this one does the job no worse than any of the others. If. If. the product is good. Like others, I once had a bad batch (strange smell). Luckily it wasn't my first order so I reordered and everything was fine. The smell is good but not harsh, leaves a good finish on the skin (although it's matte), works well and a little goes a long way.

I literally clicked on what I previously ordered to change the order and that is what arrived. It's not at all what I expected and NOT what I ordered the first time lol
