Nuts and bolts were "hidden" in one of 8 plastic containers, not the small (empty) box on top of the packaging. So look there before you despair! The rest of the product is ok. The steel is not thick but suitable for light objects. I don't think I would flood everything with Heavy Metal, otherwise it might become unstable. There's no easy way to wall mount it, but it can be placed on a low shelf to raise the bottom drawers to a more comfortable height. I've found larger baskets to be more useful, but it depends on what you're trying to store. Small containers work best for small, loose items like nuts and bolts, or maybe spools of thread or buttons. There are no tags included and the tag slot is a bit shallow.
