Use them 45+ hours a week at the bar, be it a craft cocktail setting or a pub. Longer lasting and cheaper than most other professional filters, and the narrower gate coils help capture lots of fine ice and debris, especially when I don't have time to double filter with a fine mesh filter. Not suitable for split casting (but possible) and probably too heavy and bulky for those with small hands; But if you can customize your ergonomics, you'll be happy with their performance.
