Review on HUNTER Women's Original Tall Winter Boot by Patrick Pearson

My daughter got these Hunter boots for her birthday last November. The entire outer matte finish layer is completely peeled off. For such expensive shoes I would have expected something more durable. Even though the company has a one-year warranty, I was told to contact the seller with a receipt (which I don't have). This company must support their products when there is a CLEAR manufacturing or design defect. UPDATE: My daughter really wanted some more of these, so a naïve relative bought them as a gift for her. Exactly the same problem a year later. obvious design flaw. They're still waterproof but look like a snake shedding its skin.
