Firstly, the product was delivered very quickly, the price is good for what it is and the company does a good job of answering questions. It fits snugly on the controller, which is nice. However, the Bluetooth functionality itself is rather mediocre and disappointing, especially since it's not possible to say for sure if it's a product flaw or just Bluetooth. I've tried every PS4 setting again, from changing the lag speed etc and it persists. It also seems random that it's just not possible to resync to PS4. It should work where it sleeps, when not in use press a button on it and wait a second and it will work again. This functionality occurs maybe a third of the time. In most cases it just doesn't respond after waking from sleep and you have to manually delete it and re-sync in the PS4 device menu where you are forced to type 6 numbers on the pad and hit enter before re-syncing and work. The rubberized keys are a lot softer than you'd think, and there's no audible click or anything else to let you know you've pressed a key. If you listen closely you can hear a tiny electronic bzzzz when you press a key, but it's very faint and I've spent a lot of time removing duplicate letters and adding letters that weren't fully pressed or something. What a great idea and the build quality and implementation is surprisingly well done but when it comes time to perform the function you bought it for consider yourself lucky to have every 1/5 of use a smooth one have experience. IDK if it's a controller bug PS4 maybe my house is set up that way who knows I can't decide but the end result is I'll just have to try to resell it on Craigslist or give it to a friend Gift and buy a regular size wireless keyboard to keep next to my couch and PS4 play area. A+ for the effort, even if it's not what I was hoping for, it's a cool device and when a friend comes over they always pick it up and discuss it for a second because it's a pretty cool idea
