After only a few outings in the hiking boots that I had purchased from FEIDEER, the stitching began to come undone. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer support team, I was treated with an attitude that was useless and condescending. They did not want to give me a refund or an exchange, so I was stuck with a pair of boots that I could not wear. I found their website to be difficult to navigate, which, in addition to the low quality of their products, was another drawback. Due to the lack of information that was supplied about each product, it was challenging for me to identify which product would best meet my requirements. In addition, their shipping timings were slow, and the amount of time I had to wait to receive my item was longer than I had anticipated. My feelings of frustration and disappointment increased during the entire process. In general, I do not suggest FEIDEER to anyone. There are a multitude of alternative options available to you that provide superior quality as well as superior customer service if you are searching for high-grade outdoor clothes and equipment. Look elsewhere if you want to satisfy your outdoor needs and save yourself the trouble.
