I like how easy it was to set up my account. The customer service has been fantastic too! There's nothing that i dislike about this program so far but the fact that if you have any questions or problems there are people who can help you out immediately. This product is great for people with limited time/resources to do their own research and setup an effective system for managing car parking spaces. We were able to get started quickly without having to spend hours researching each part of our business individually on other websites / programs. I like that it's easy to use for both customers as well employees! The customer service can be improved but overall this program has been great so far!! If you're looking into an employee-friendly system then definitely check out parkadmin. Easy access from anywhere with no need in having someone physically at your office or store location during business hours; also allows us remote workers flexibility when needed without sacrificing security/tracking capabilities (which we love!).
