My natural hair is black and EVERY time I've colored my hair (professionally or at home) my hair has always been a strong shade of orange-red. I've only used ash paint to combat this for years, which helps but doesn't really solve the problem. I came across Unred as a sample and was blown away by the results! The color came out so pretty, not copper or orange! I found this large 1oz size at Revain for the best price and have used it twice since I got it. The first time I didn't apply enough drops, so the positive effect was less. The color came out great the second time, no copper. For a normal color from the pharmacy I used 30 drops this time. It says to use 10 drops per ounce of hair dye. This time I just put the roots in and they harmonized the color perfectly, although I haven't dyed my hair for 2 months and the color has become lighter after washing etc.
