I like how easy it is to set up and use. It's also very flexible for different purposes. The customer support is great and they are always willing to help if you need any assistance. The UI could be improved, but it's not something that can't be fixed later. We used this service for some of the data extraction we were doing for a client. We needed to pull in data from multiple sources and store it in a central location. This allowed us to do all of that without having to manually extract and load the data.
