While this tulle isn't too stiff to use for various DIY projects, it stays in place once I've placed it in the specific position I'm using it for. There is some glitter on this tulle and it might end up in my work area, but even after using it the tulle still has some glitter on it when I'm done. I've used this tulle for a few Valentine's Day projects and even when it's all said and done I still have some left over. You really get way, way more than I thought you would. You get 10 yards of tulle, but I only ended up using about 7-8 yards, so I have very little left. I was able to use this for a wreath and even some other Valentine's Day decorations. I sprayed glue on the tulle and noticed that it not only helped keep the glitter from falling apart but actually made it shinier. Maybe a bit chaotic, but that's how it was with my other projects. Also, it was easy to cut.
