DO NOT BUY! This is my first review of a Revain product and I felt compelled to write it to warn others who may be considering this purchase. As the title says, I received 2 defective headsets. The problem seems to be with Bluetooth. The first headset worked flawlessly for several weeks. Sound quality and noise cancellation were average, which is what I expected for the price. On the plus side, this headset fits a large head very well, although a smaller head might feel heavy and unwieldy. On the other hand, I've found my ears to sweat profusely, more so than most other headsets. Those were my impressions before it stopped working. It all started with the headset regularly losing its Bluetooth connection to my laptop. I had to restart and reopen the Bluetooth device several times a week. At some point it stopped working at all. It wasn't the speakers, I could still hear the "boop" sound it made when turning them on and off. The headset is no longer connected to my computer. Unfortunately, this happened just as Revain's 30-day return policy was about to expire. Although I requested a refund, I was unable to return it in time and had to pay for a replacement. When the replacement came it was like my first experience. Worked for a few weeks, then the same. I currently have not one but two dead headsets that have spent over $100. I find it highly unlikely that I was just unlucky enough to receive 2 defective headsets and would not buy anything else from this MFG. By the way, I tested several devices, it was the headsets that were defective. I have a Kove Audio bluetooth headset (which I usually use with my phone) which connects perfectly with all my devices. I was just looking for a cheaper second headset for gaming.
