Ginger Snap 643 Light Natural Copper I have naturally dark brown hair but the hairdresser recently dyed it a medium copper shade so it lightened my natural color a bit. As with most reds, it faded fairly quickly and since my roots were showing I figured I should try to find a box color to maintain rather than going to the salon for touch ups all the time. So, for those who say "beware, the color is brown," that's not what I experienced at all. It turned out really nice copper with a warm hue! It did a great job of lightening my roots (dark brown) for an even color. Very happy with the color results and once I went outside in natural light it matched exactly what was listed on the packaging. As for the complaints of dullness, yes I have noticed that my hair has become dull after drying naturally. I also find this a completely normal result when I use dye directly after washing it off. After adding my usual styling products, the hairstyle looked exactly how I expected and exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely use this color again.
