When using DJI Mini 2, the flash is quite big. I could see it both day and night flying about 1500 feet with no problem. That's sort of my line of sight maximum for my normal flying area, so I have to work with that. The flash itself is dual pulse and very bright. It's easy to spot the charge lights and feels decently well composed. My only concern is that it's quite large for a small drone. I'm not good at placing it on my feet, so I placed it on the back of the battery cover, and it's held securely in place with the included Velcro. I had no trouble taking it off and will probably still use it, just wish it was a little smaller.
