I have tendonitis in almost every part of my body and it is terrible. I bought it to help with pain in my arms where I use them a lot. It can be used in both right and left hands, which is very convenient. I'm not sure about my hand size but I'm sure any adult can use it because it's adjustable which is great too. I also tried it on my 13 year old daughter and she can use it as a reference too. Came in black. The straps are easy to remove and adjust with one hand. You can adjust the size for your thumb as well as your hand and wrist, which is suitable for different people if necessary. The Velcro is very sticky so it won't come off easily when you use your hands. You can also hand wash and dry if you put the item in the washing machine because be careful as all garments like to stick to any velcro. The packaging is legible, easy to open, waterproof in case you need to store it to keep out moisture and mold.
