Review on 🌈 Diffraction Grating Slides by Rainbow Symphony by Shawn Xayamonty

Revainrating 5 out of 5

View the spectrum of a light source (halogen, fluorescent, metal halide?) without an expensive meter.

These are great for understanding how lighting works. If you look through the foil and a little to the side at a lightbulb, you'll see a stretched version of the light that looks like a rainbow. Colors (reds, greens, and blues) that indicate that the light comes from the phosphors that emit those colors. While these lights claim to be "full spectrum," the actual spectrum is a discrete sampling of frequencies that combine to allow us to see as if the full spectrum were present. Various industrial lights, such as B. Metal Halide parking lights, have unique and recognizable spectra. If you want to distinguish one type of light from another, these slides are much more portable and cheaper than $5,000 electronic counters! However, people do not immediately learn to look at the light through the film at an angle. A chic counter would be more suitable for customer presentations.
