I won't say what everyone has already said. I love the product and continue to use it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a product like this. I keep it in my bedroom where I have a gaming rig and want to keep it somewhere else because the LEDs are way too bright lol. Keeping this in your living room will get you free night lights! I mostly use the same controller and take a second time about every 6 months. And I never take the controller off the dock. I think after 2 years the batteries of the second controller were a bit damaged and couldn't provide enough power under heavy load and the controller just turned off immediately. I use the controllers wirelessly and have headphones plugged into them. I confirmed it was a battery issue by swapping them out and seeing the same behavior on a different controller. Luckily they sell the batteries separately anyway and you can find a link to that on this page. If this weren't the case I would choose another brand where the batteries themselves are easily accessible from the battery pack and I could replace them with something more reliable like Insignia. But I heard their charging station provides intermittent power. So right now I'm only spending $14 on Sliq batteries!
