Batteries don't seem to charge. We plugged the controllers back into the charger after playing, but then one of the batteries died, so I plugged it back into the charger and it was still green. 1) No separate charger. I either have to keep my Xbox on all the time while the batteries are charging or use an old phone charger. I overlooked the fact that it wasn't. Had it a week or two ago, wanted to see how it holds up before visiting again. I am very impressed with the quality for the price. The first thing that struck me is that this item doesn't have any power whatsoever, just a USB cable that you can charge directly from the XBOX or from any USB outlet in the wall.
