Batteries don't seem to charge. We plugged the controllers back into the charger after playing, but then one of the batteries died, so I plugged it back into the charger and it was still green. The second battery died, the result is the same. The LED base is always green but not charging. I connected it to the Xbox. I've tried reinstalling the batteries, I've tried just putting the batteries in the charger and not the controllers to no avail. I sent a warranty request to the company on May 9th and still haven't received a response. Also responded to Revain's "How was your purchase" email dated May 11th. I understand there may be some delays due to the current virus situation, but I want to fix this issue quickly or just start the RMA process.
