Cool if necessary, forget about everyone else.

This time of year is warmer than I thought. Too cool to use air conditioning but too hot not to move air because it's stuffy! This works great for personal space. It can be plugged into almost anything to power it up. I use my personal charger for this. The fan has 2 modes of low and high speed. It's pretty quiet for its size. It comes with a fan, a charging cable and a strap.
