5ft 5in, 34D-27-37, ~140lbs Medium worked really well. The sleeves are a bit difficult to put on as I have somewhat broad shoulders and muscular arms. The zipper stays in place and is very easy to suck on. The chest pads on the inside seem to be in an odd place, but a wobble mostly fixed that. I like twitching in the lower abdomen, which is where I feel most insecure after giving birth.
