Review on Map My Customers by John Swain

I like how easy it is to create my reports, map out new territories or existing ones as well! It does take some time getting used too but once you get there its very user friendly especially with all of their training videos available online at no cost also they have live help that can be accessed 24/7 which makes up alot fo times when we need them most!! Sometimes i feel if maybe more information could possibly come across while creating your accounts mapping feature would make sense because sometimes our data gets confused by other customers who may not know what info needs adding so just something small thought about perhaps? We use this software daily during business hours since almost everything takes place via computer nowdays (from customer service questions etc.) This program helps us organize all these tasks into one central location where everyone has access easily without having multiple spreadsheets open everywhere trying to keep track off things from each different department within an office setting..
