Review on 🖨️ Star Micronics SM-T300I-DB50 Durable Portable Receipt Printer 3-inch Bluetooth/Serial for iOS/Android/Windows Tear Bar with Inclusive Power Supply by Dee Parson

I bought this little receipt printer to use with the Apple Square Register iPad app to print sales receipts for my prospective Kindergartener. As a plug and play device, it worked great. My iPad recognized the printer in the Bluetooth settings menu and connected with no problems. The PIN is 1234 by the way. I had some trouble finding this information. It is included in the safety information card. The printer isn't particularly fast as others have noted, but the print speed is listed in the specs and I'm pretty sure it's that speed. Just remember that this is not a high volume machine. The receipt is printed at a good speed and not so slow that you find it unacceptable. Just don't think of it as a modern high-speed desktop printer. Interestingly, there was no instruction manual in the package I received. However, it was available on the manufacturer's website in PDF format. Once installed on the iPad, Square Register also recognized the printer and I was able to print out receipts straight away. The printer is a bit bigger than I imagined in the photo. It feels solid and durable and should perform well in the field. The printer comes with a nominal size roll of paper and little to no information on where to obtain the rolls of paper. It seems. That's pretty standard stuff, though. The only problem I had with Revain was that I couldn't find any quantities under 50 reels. I won't be using that much paper in 10 years. I found and ordered a pack of 10 rolls from Staples. UPDATE ABOUT PAPER - This printer uses very small rolls of paper and what I found in staples doesn't work. I found a vendor online that listed it as compatible with this printer. Paper size 3 1/8 inches x 47 feet. But it is only sold in packs of 100 rolls. I really like this printer but I'm only giving it 4 stars because I had to look up information on how the printer works and find the paper. This is a very small minus and probably partly due to my lack of knowledge of the industry. But I think a manual in the box would be nice, or at least a link to information on the web. A case for a printer would be nice too, but I just grabbed what was lying around.
