It has a smaller side and a larger side for wrist and forearm. Covers the lower half of the forearm well and has a stretchy fit that sits snugly around the wrist and evenly across the wrist thanks to the tapered design. It doesn't feel too tight on the wrist and loose on the shoulder or loose on the wrist and tight on the shoulder as similar items have mentioned. They thought about fit and design. The only small issue I had was that I was comfortable but nothing uncomfortable and I said I'd probably go for a very big one next time. I mentioned this in a previous review and they responded to it immediately. Was very apologetic and said the large is the largest size there and they would send me another pair and they were very busy for my business. I was surprised by this coverage as they saw that this was not a complaint about their product. I'm still using the original pair I bought and they seem to hold up well and fit well when weight training and don't rip or lose when putting on and taking off. I received an extra pair which they sent 2 days later. Very happy with the wrist brace and when exercising they feel better than without it. Does not affect fit when wearing training gloves. I would highly recommend the wrist rests and I am checking out their other products as well.
