Five stars for the wearer. Built into compression shorts, this Diamond MMA Jock Strap Supporter is even better than the one without compression shorts. Four Stars: Cup supplied with Medium Diamond MMA Compression Shorts with integrated jock strap supporter. This medium cup was the same size as the cup that came with the small Diamond MMA 4 Strap Supporter Jock (no built in compression shorts). But this middle cup is a little bulged and the sides are a little curved/ won. The mug that came with the little one was completely rigid, even around the edges. Very stiff small cup: for the cup that came with the small Diamond MMA 4 Strap Supporter Jock (no built in compression shorts). But it depends. If you've had a bad experience and want extra protection and are comfortable with the added discomfort, then the hard cup that came with the small one might just be what you need. I see if you are catching the ball then you probably need a stiffer cup. Suggestion: Diamond MMA should indicate cup sizes and how and which cups differ in hardness.
