Pros: - Breathable sole Cons: - Sole is not waterproof. Step in a shallow puddle and your socks will get wet - Difficult size. 9.5 is too tight and 10 is too loose - Not very comfortable but I live with that - Quality is mediocre for the price Tip: Leather shoes will stretch over time (maybe after 1 month) so will loosen up. It doesn't get any looser in full size (42.5 won't turn into 43) but when I buy 42.5 it's a bit tight at first and causes a pinky rash. After about a month they fit very well. I've been using GEOX for almost 10 years now. I suffer from excessive sweating of my feet so breathable shoes are a must. My feet are still too hot and sweaty in them, but they work MUCH better than regular shoes. I wear GEOX three pairs every day and alternately. They will last approximately 1.5 to 3 years if warned 2 to 3 days a week before the shoes start to fail. That's less than a year if you put out a warning every day. Usually the insoles come loose and then the outsoles start to separate from the shoe. Different GEOX models fit differently and over the years the fit of one model has not always been the same. I wear 42.5 in some, 43 in most and even 43.5 in a GEOX shoe. There used to be a GEOX store in the Valley Fair mall in San Jose, California. This store closed many years ago, now I only buy shoes online and it is much more difficult for me to find the right shoe size. Overall I would have preferred better quality for the price. I would go elsewhere but I can't find breathable soles on other brands of shoes so I'll stick with these guys. If you have trouble with hot sweaty feet I highly recommend these but be prepared to pay extra for them as the shoes aren't the best in terms of comfort or quality.
