Bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter. On the first day one of the rivets fell off. We were able to find it and tried again on the second day. The same thing happened - the substrate came off. Either the earring is defective or the screw base is defective. I think I should have read more reviews - I see some reviews stating the same problem. Seller contacted - no response. Revain contacted for replacement/return of damaged item. Let's see what happens with the second pair. Unfortunately, we don't have a very good feeling about this purchase. UPDATE: We received a second pair of earrings. The same thing happened. We used both of the second pair as backups and she lost the back/earrings for both. In the end we have one working earring and four earrings on the back and both pairs of earrings have been paid for. I will contact Revain to see if they refund the money. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
